AERODIODE Pulsed Laser diode driver & TEC control


- The user can set pulse width from 1 ns to CW
- It includes an integrated TEC controller.
- A special thermal interface is included which do not require any thermal grease.
- It can reach up to 250 MHz repetition rate (4 MHz in a standard version)
- Down to 500 ps pulse rise and fall time
- Up to 1500 mA peak current (3500 mA for the HP version)
- The user has the flexibility to choose from three different pulse generation sources : internal, external, external trigger with internal pulse generator.
- The user has the flexibility to choose from 3 peak power adjustment modes : USB, manual & analog (0-5 V)
- A smart control (USB) interface is included with several Libraries (LabVIEW VIs, Hexa, Python, DLLs etc.)
- An OEM mode makes the pulsed laser diode driver work with no need for an external computer.
Application This high speed diode driver can be used for laser seeding, LIDAR or 1D-3D-sensing testing, VCSEL evaluation, Fiber lasers etc.

This pulsed laser diode driver is a very compact and modular solution. It is compatible with nearly any laser diode form factor.

Applications :

GUI & Libraries :

The GUI software lets the user have total control of all module functions. It includes several libraries for software integration (LabVIEW VIs, DLLs, Hexa, Python etc.).

All AeroDIODE products can be connected together with a single GUI interface which consolidates all module functions. This allows the users to save a lot of time.

This pulsed laser diode driver works alone or in series with other products in our range like :
