F-Theta free 3D laser marking demonstrated

Optotune built a reference laser processing system for 3D laser marking without F-Theta lens. By using the EL-10-42-OF lens for fast focus control of the z-axis, field flattening could be realized, enabling an over 60% larger scanning field combind with an 80mm z-range and the flexibility to process in three dimensions.
