Sales Activities in the Nordic Countries Expanded

In addition to the German-speaking countries and North America, Scandinavia has become one of the most important markets for LASER COMPONENTS. “We are very pleased with this development and, as a result, decided to open our own sales office responsible for the Nordic countries.” said Patrick Paul, general manager at LASER COMPONENTS GmbH. Mikael Winters, who possess excellent market knowledge, will head the new subsidiary as general manager. As a result, the countries of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland have a regional contact in LASER COMPONENTS Nordic AB located in Sweden. “We see more and more customer-specific product developments in Scandinavia and Finland which require a close consultation with the customers on site.” explains Paul the motivation behind the new sales office.

The product portfolio of the new subsidiary will comprise in particular the products developed and manufactured in-house at the LASER COMPONENTS Group. The focus here is on components for IR applications, laser modules, laser optics, pulsed laser diodes, avalanche photodiodes, and fiber optic products.
